the first purchase at any time you chose. (This is a
bargain as Costco's charges $50- $100 per year.

Rebates are calculated on the amount of QV from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Checks are mail on or about the 15th of the month.

Orders are shipped via UPS. If you order on Monday, you should receive your
order on Wednesday.
