I started using NATURE'S SUNSHINE PRODUCTS in 1980. I was on antihistamines for 10 years and shots for 3-5 of those years, as well. Because of all the side effects, I wasn't able to use the antihistamines during the day time and was miserable and was up most of the night. Then other health problems started, when I started the shots.

After doing a lot of reading and studying on my own, I decided the natural way had to be better. I started with supplements in mega doses from the health stores or mail order without a lot of success for about 2 years before I was introduced to NSP. When I started using NSP there was a dramatic improvement.

I have several books that I have studied on herbs and nutrition and refer to all the time. I have attended numerous lectures and schools on various body systems and how to help certain problems nutritionally and continue to go to every school and lecture that is offered. I have many videos and cassettes on the various topics, as well.

I found that Colon cleansing and building the immune System were very important to improving my health. Also eating a better diet of Whole Grains, Organic Fresh Vegetables and Fruit, Organic chicken or beef and Purified water. No processed or packaged foods, No dairy, little to no sugar and no caffeine.

I do counseling and muscle testing response (bio-kinesiology) to determine your body weaknesses and what nutrients are compatible with your body for strengthening and balancing it.
